I don't wanna put them in a vase, I wanna leave them in their original wrapping laying on the seat and I'm not sure how I can keep them hydrated for like 4 hours.

Recut every flower at bottom, so the maximum stem is exposed, and if you don't have the little cruet/vial flourists use, wrap them with a wet cloth, and some aluminium or plastic foil to protect your poor car.
Or rather, leave your car in a place without exposition to sun

place a zippered, zip lock bag... fill with ice and wrap with clear plastic baggie. then put some aluminum foil around the stems on bottom...put another plastic clear bag around the bottom of the stems with an elastic...should last a while
