Yes, Arkansas had nothing to do with the Clinton's Raping the American public, the Clinton's are two of the most corrupt individuals in the history of American Politics, most of Hillary Clinton's supporters are people who are to young to have first hand knowledge of their corruptness or they never learned to read or write.
