Be wise. Save more serious problems later..Tell someone who cares for you about this. Take care of it ASAP.....Sounds like a small hernia..Usually a simple thing if caught and repaired early...

It could just be waste passing through your colon if it is just there occasionally.
Or it could be a small hernia.
Why not go to the doctor and give yourself peace of mind?

You might have a HERNIA. Consult a physician as soon as possible. Had any injury/surgery lately?

there's some junk in there with the balls.. if it does go away it's probably a tube or vein..
make sure it isn't always there!!! if it IS always there.. go see a doctor, it's probably not, but could be cancer..
