Depends on what you mean by "deleted from someone MSN account". It is not possible to "delete" someone's email. If you sent the e-mail, it will go to them. They can "block" the e-mail so that any e-mail coming from your address will be deleted or sent to their "spam" mail. If that happens, you do NOT get anything back telling you.

If they have taken you off of their list after a disagreement of any sort, they will still receive your email. You can send an email to any account that exists, regardless of whether you are on their MSN list or not.
