Quebec City or a town that happens to be in the Province of Quebec?

then click on find a person and it will ask you to input the province, in this case, Quebec, and the name of the person. You will have better luck if you just input the last name, then hit search and a list of all people in Quebec will come up with that surname. Quebec is a province, but there is also Quebec City in Quebec.
