wow! go home and sleep?
I done all the sleeping i need last night, and I wouldnt want to sleep more cos I'd not be able to sleep tonight for work tomorrow. So...
I'd use the time to do something useful such as work on a project for home. Tidy out the garage etc some chore that I would be grateful to get out of the way when the weekend comes around.
OR
Use the time when people thought I'd be at work to get some surprise xmas presents etc.

I would jump for joy get to the bus stop get home put on my tunes and dance around like there in no one watching....
Then maybe tidy up ;0)

depends on what time he told me that & how long was left till i clocked out. if i only had 45 mins to an hour left id stay get my 8 hours. if it was early id go home and get things done.
