Yes until about 1941.
He supplied work for the unemployed masses and gave them social security.
This only applied to people who supported him.
Jews, communists, social democrats etc. were excluded from these benefits.

Hitler came to power during a peak of unemployment in Germany. His public works programs did lower the nominal unemployment rate by a significant amount. However, he destroyed labor unions and used hidden inflation to erode real wages as part of the scheme to fund a fast-track rearmament program for aggressive purposes.

So overall, conditions for workers in Germany got worse, not better.

No. By 1934 already Gestapo and police units had to be sent into factories since workers were likely to revolt.

do you mean during the war ?,if so i Dont Think so!! with all those bombs dropping down on your tank factory every day
AND HE STARTED THE WAR!
maybe it improved for some SS officers who had slaves to do all the work, but i think most off them were executed after the war
