Ha Ha...that Yokosuka answer is funny. Don't knock the classifieds in Metropolis magazine dude. They get results for many. Or go to any place where Japanese office ladies are hanging out after work. Kanpai, say hello, ask directions,be sweet kind and exchange emails. Don't think about going to obvious foreign spots. On their own turf you will be surprised if you dress smart and make them laugh, you get brownie points for being on their turf and they feel safe. Heartland bar in Roppongi Hills is a known hangout for Japanese girls wanting to meet finance types and other foreigners.
