recently i got a netti pot, the results are i'm less congested and i feel more awake. tell me if you've tried it.

Yes, I've used nasal wash when feeling sick with a cold/flu to great effect. Often in the shower, the steam helps and I can really blow my nose thoroughly in there. I do an ear candling treatment with it and combined they seem to cut the time I'm sick in half.

No, I don't. But, I don't get congested, etc. If I did, I'd more than likely do so.
