People can relax in very different ways.. it depends what u enjoy and what pleases you. Some people find a bath to be relaxing while others need to play a game of rugby or something to shake off the tension and they feel better afterwards.
You need to ask yourself if you need to relax, or de-stress or wind down etc
try diaphramatic breething to get 'in the zone'
try meditation to solve and calm your worries
try something active and energetic to release tension
get a motivation coach to help you structure your life

I love a bubble bath with candles and some good music followed up by a nice back rub...its a bit of a rarity these days but I still manage it ever now and again!

A nice hot shower and then a cup of hot chocolate. I listen to some music and maybe have a quick nap (around 10-20 minutes). And here comes my worst nightmare: homework!
