last night I told Allison exactly what I was angry about, out loud while she was bringing me her "bigger than her" rope toy. It was very revealing to actually say these things out loud.

I too, use my dog as the only friend who actually and simple adores me undonditionally. When all others can find fault in you no matter how hard you try, you little canine friend will simply love you because she wants to.
There is no better or purer gift. No person can give you that unconditional love. We just are not wired that way. A dog is there when all others are not. A dog will love you when even you are beating yourself up. God bless our dogs.

My dogs are great listeners, loyal friends, ever forgiving, wonderful sources of warmth, support and adoration, and they make great pillows!

I told my dog exactly what I thought of him when he peed on my pillow. I don't care how mad he was at me that was unacceptable!!
