Web designing isn't that hard. It depends on what type of format you want it in PHP , XHTML , Flash. You can actually learn a lot from lynda.com and w3schools.com. If your still having trouble with your website let me know I will do your website for free.

First search around for other nursery school sites.
Find out what they have done.
DO NOT COPY FROM THEM
Just find out what you like from what they have done.
Now open a word document. Set the view to normal and start adding text and images.
Now click on Save As.
Change the Save As Type... to Web Page
Change the file name.
Make sure there are no spaces in the name.
That is it. You have just created a web page and it did not cost you anything.

Yes I can help in this regard. I have friend who is developing web sites. I will take his help and prepare a web site for your nursery school. If possible for the cost of production.
