Seems people on here are being really pedantic on here today. Ignore them. I don't see a problem with your grammar. What are the Government not doing to stop bullying at schools? Nothing wrong with that.
Tell you what they aren't doing, they aren't giving headmasters the right to exclude disruptive and bullying pupils from schools. There's been too many reports lately of excluded pupils being allowed to rejoin schools after appeals to a school's Board of Governors, and that can't be right. A headmaster should have the sole discretion to exclude pupils permanently who are disrupting the education and lives of other pupils around them. There should be an appeal process to give the pupil and their parents the right to have their say, but the headmaster must have the final say. As long as their authority is continually being undermined, then this behaviour will continue.
Good question!

regrettably, i think of, that until eventually all adults could be confident that bullying is a situation, we will continually have bullies. i became bullied as a baby - and that i've got been given it to stop with the help of knocking the daylights out of a baby. yet, it is not a answer. whilst my baby gets bullied, it is what i've got achieved. I save a mag of what precisely is happening. (you may too, while you are the single being bullied. continually save a record - date it, and description precisely what's happening. Tape record it, video, despite the fact which you may do) in case you have a college practise manual that states some thing like "each youngster has a best to be secure in school" use this on your benefit. a baby who gets bullied curiously would not have this best. I talk to the instructor. (which, in wide-unfold is ineffective, yet area of the chain) If possible, I consult with the be certain. (each so often this allows, even with the incontrovertible fact that it relies upon on the be certain) If those 2 issues do no longer paintings, I surely have a letter that I deliver to the critical, be certain, and instructor which outlines precisely what i pass to do if th bullying maintains. If it happens returned, the letter says: i will pass to the college, and demand on the law enforcement officers being noted as. i will insist that the bully's mum and dad be pulled faraway from paintings (esp for the reason that i'm calling the law enforcement officers on their youngster) i will call for a report. All documentation i've got accumulated as much as now would be put in an envelope and could be dropped on the college board. i gets a criminal expert. i will sue the pants off the mum and dad, the college board and all people else in contact. I deliver this letter to the critical, vice critical, instructor, and that i request (interior the letter) that the letter be put in my little ones report and the bully's report. they generally do no longer try this, yet, for the reason that I surely have a replica, a tricky reproduction and computing device reproduction, i do no longer complication approximately it - it relatively is going to be their butts, no longer mine. it is *my* 0 tolerance rule for bullies. i do no longer positioned up with it, era, and that i make existence depressing for each man or woman until eventually finally this is resolved. when I initiate conversing lawsuit, the adults take observe. They understand i'm no longer likely to enable my youngster get bullied because of the fact they'd't administration their youngster. spectacular how quickly they study whilst funds is at stake.

What IS the government doing to stop bullying in schools? and What are they not doing?
I don't WANT the government involved in every area of my live and my children's lives! I want and HAVE the right to beat my child's behind if they act up and I wish the principals had that right BACK!
It's not the government's job to -- nor any of their business how I -- raise MY kids!
If a kid's habitually disruptive in school -- preventing other kids from learning how to spell "scool" and construct an intelligible sentence, kick 'em out!

the government are not doing alot at all, infact they are making this worse by taking punishment tatics away from teachers. I was bullied through out school but the school couldnt do much as punishment is taken out of there hands. Because many students are aware they have greater control than teachers this is why they can do what ever they want and get away with it.

Which government? It not the federal governments job to police the schools, or create programs to protect bad teachers. It is the job of parents and school officials to notify local law enforcement and start treating bullies as criminals before someone gets killed (columbine, Jonesboro AK, Conyers Ga, basically the 90's)

Oh yes, well spotted. The government wait until September has gone by, because this is the month used for inflation figures when it comes to calculating cost of living figures for pensioners and the wage increase for all other groups. Come October, food prices can be increased without costing their coffers. Look at petrol price increases as well.

ok the govenment arent doing anything to stop bullying at schools ,because what would they know about it and what do they really care anyway unless a lovely cache of votes was to materialize from out of it;and then ALL SCHOOLS would be promised full attention and help 24/7 which will fizzle down to 7mins/24 days once votes are in the bag

Not much! I am youth worker & have worked in schools where bullying is a BIG problem, (I have worked with many victims) but is constantly swept under the carpet. Did you know that every school, by law, has a bullying policy?

They aren't authorizing and enforcing strict and systematic discipline.
Because if they did, every kid's parent would scream bloody murder.
The great thing about America is, people do tend to get the government they demand.
