As long as you aren't masturbating in public...

Not if it doesn't affect your daily life, behaviour and your relationships. But the situation is controllable. Just fill your mind with purer things, distract yourself from the urge, don't indulge in it cos the more you do, the more addictive it can get. Avoid porn etc.

You might be feeling guilty about the constant need to mastubate, as evident from your question. But you need to realize that this phase is normal, many young pple go through this. If it starts to negatively affect your life (like start making you a perve) then you need to control it, else, live and let live. It'll pass.

If you are 24, you have probably been masturbating for the last ten years. If you are still alive and well, I think you can safely assume there is no problem.

No not if you don't have a partner. I am 56 and masturbate regularly all my life when I am not with my partner. It is a great way not to have prostrate problems later on in your life. Nothing wrong with daily masturbation.

Masturbation is extremely good for you .
1. it allows you to explore your sexuality and be in tune with yourself
2. its actually very good to exercise your prostate regularly as this can help reduce the risk of prostate cancer and other illnesses to do with the prostate.
3. its fun !!!
its very rare this day and age that we can find something thats fun and good for you

I don't think there is a problem. It's quite normal- even if you are married & having regular sex. If you are single I think you are very normal and would not worry.

cheers

No, i think that this is very normal, no need for you to panic or feel guilty!

I think doing this at night makes you sleep better.

(A good tip for all nightshift workers LOL)
