Read, listen to music, call some friends for a chat, wrap your Christmas presents, have people over to visit you or go visit them, go for a walk, get some early nights.

Mmmm what can you do instead of watching TV??

Well I'll keep it clean because I'm a good girl - you could go online. There are loads of questions on here need answering and the nights gone before you know it.

You could read, play cards, go for a walk (brrrrr!), do some housework (boring!) or give in and go to the pub.

Happy TV-free week.

Well it seems to me you'll be going up a level or two on Y/A in the next week!! If you do take a breather, why not read a book, get some excercise, do some cooking, socialise with friends, write your Christmas cards and wrap pressies. Play a board game. Well, in my opinion the list is endless but that's because I don't watch much TV. Hope your survive!

You can come online and chat to me! Go on yahoo answers... Go on youtube (and look up Mitch Hedberg, he is my favorite comedian at the moment!)

Get stuff set up for Christmas, make some people some handmade cards (cheaper and always appreciated more than bought ones) You can try cooking some new and elaborate meals! Spend romantic nights with your girlfriend...

The other alternative is to cut out a box in the shape of a TV and attach it to your head so it looks like your looking at a TV, and pretend you are watching big brother... (Note: This only works if you are around other people)

Lol... See if you can come up with a new hobby or something? Get one of those cool model cars and make it your challenge to finish it before your TV comes back!

Good luck and have fun!

What I good idea!
I might try this myself. I could teach myself how to play a musical instrument, treat myself to an adventure, have a mini affair,
Clean the kitchen, write a novel. The list is endless.
But not this week because Tv is quite goodb

Think positive this could be used as a detox for your brain,,just think a week without the mind numbing drivel being shown just now. Read a good book, have conversations with people again, expand your mind, it's a weeks freedom from the idiot box.

I can survive a week without television. But I can't survive without a computer even for one week! Go online and chat with friends, answer questions on Y!A, read a book and sleep. You can also take some quizzes somewhere or go to www.bored.com.

I've been without TV for nearly a year before.. I read books, visited friends, visited places, housework, listened to the radio, had showers, ate too much and called my friends on the phone.

Internet. Read a book or magazine. Invite friends around for dinner and maybe play something like cards or pictionary.

Make an appointment at a well-being midsection or a hydro medical care place and get a extreme colonic, like an commercial enema, you will lose as much as ten kilos earlier you leave the placement
