Bruce Channel sang this around 1962 and DJ Otzi revived it in 2001 and it was remade more recently by Crazy Frog .
The title of the song IS Hey Baby. If you get a copy by any of these three artists, it will probably be the one you are looking for.
It is great that SOMETHING soothes a teething baby.
