well, based on a traceroute it appears to be
http://www.savvis.net/corp
based on a dns lookup they actually have there own servers, dns and full system (as expected) so probably host all there own network and use savvis as a line provider from where I did the trace.

With companies like avaya, cisco, etc they usually have several line providers and internally provide there own network services. Basically - they are there own network provider!
