Well you need to define what hurts? Is it the shaft of your penis, or does it hurt from inside? If the shaft hurts or aches then you have pulled and stroked it to hard during your masturbation. If it stings or hurt from inside it could by your PH is a little acidic and you need to watch want you eat. Not a problem just drink more water to neutralize your sperm. If it is something else then go see a doctor, a urologist

When me and my partner have sex, if he leaves his penis inside for more than a few moments its starts to sting and throb, i think its something to do with the sperm being in contact with your softs spots on your penis for a short period of time, i should imagine its the same with masturbating, try washing your handing and penis immediately and see if that helps, if not then i reccommend going to the doctors ASAP, you may have some sort of infection.

I've had similar problem myself...It is possible; I used to date a girl which had a very narrow vagina...We didn't use condoms, so my penis got badly sored after each intercourse...The same can happen if one masturbates very intensely, it also happens to me...I don't believe it is something you should be concerned about...

My theory is that you are either rubbing too hard or need to use some lubricant. Your penis skin is very fragile and needs to be treated a little delicately so more care might help.
