if your asking strickly based on food.. and you like thai food deffinately go to Sanam Luang Cafe in pomona. Delicious food! But I'll have to say the ambience has a lot ot be desired, but they are redecorating it. It's not fancy, just damn good... plus they're open until 2:00am!

Sevilla in Riverside (Mission Inn) is really nice. It's Spanish tapas and they have a nice wine list and flamenco dancers.

When my guy and I go out, we often go to Zip Fusion Sushi in Corona (off the Cajalco Exit). There's also a really nice Mediterranean restaurant in the same complex.

Speaking of Zip Fusion, apparently one just opened up in Mira Loma at Eastvale (Limonite Exit).

Also in Corona is Dos Lagos. There's a Taps Fishouse, Ra Sushi and Citrus City Grille (as Vincente mentioned).

And if you want to venture into Temecula, Frankie's is a excellent restaurant. The wineries have some nice places, too.

And if you want to keep it simple and nice, Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga has a lot of restaurants. Gyu-Kaku is fun (upscale Korean BBQ). Cheesecake Factory is a good stand-by. Flemings Steakhouse is really, REALLY nice. Also good: Kabuki, PF Chang's and King's Fish House.

ADDENDUM: I went out to the Eastvale Gateway (Mira Loma, Limonite Ave. exit) last night. Apparently Zip fusion is NOT open yet at that location. I had dinner at Johnny Carino's. It's pretty much the same as Romano's Macaroni Grill. Nice place for a low-key date where you don't need it to be too romantic, but you do want to have a nice dinner.

Have you been down Hospitality Lane by San Bernardino?
They have a huge selection of restaurants such as:
Crabby Bob's
Olive Garden
Chilis
Benihana
Claim Jumpers
etc etc

For some of the best, Try Citrus City Grille in Riverside.

A co-worker of mine loves The Magic Lamp in Upland. She does not like very many restaurants and considers herself a food snob, so it must be pretty good.
