ok my friends husband stays out all night and she told him if he did it again that was it , about 3 months later he does it again and she tosses his *** out , so the next day hes calling saying he wants to come back thinking everything has blowed over so he ask her to come and pick him up at like 1 am and it was raining so she said hell no. so around 15 mins later he comes back and kicks the door down and starts yelling and breaking evertything from the tv, radio,computer,dvd all the elctronical appliances in the house , then he goes outside and smashes the car windows. and then after all of that she runs in the house and he comes back and kicks the back door in and threntens her so she runs next door and calls cops now hes saying its her fault she shouldnt have locked out him out. how does she continue to have a friendship with him for the children but at the same time what can she say to help him know what he did is what affected there marriage and get him to move on and stop this?

Have her attorney request that he attend anger management classes before getting visitation alone with the children. Tell her to let the attorney know what he has done, and to ask for supervised visitation until he can deal with his anger. Tell him that she fears that he may harm the children.

If she called the police, she will have written proof of what happened, to show the attorney and the judge.

He is a maniac and she may be in fear the rest of her life.
I wish someone had a answer. She can try calling a crisis line but there is only so much they can do.

None. She needs to have a police protective order against her husband. So that he can't touch her. I think he is gone insane. She is better of without his ***.

DIVORCE the BASTARD and move on with the kids. Get some protection the police and make sure he stays clear and way out of your/her life

I believe that if he's going to abuse her, she should simply stay right away from him.
