the name means nothing my friend as far as music goes any computer is good for storing music on the skys the limit depending how big the Hard drive is. Now playing games is a totally different ball game it all comes down to the processor and Graphics card make sure it has PCI x graphics card there are heaps on the market priced between $150 and $1000 dollars try this one XFX GeForce 8800GT Graphics Cards do some research on the internet and you will get a good run down do not go AGP as it becoming obsolete

With the exception of the Ferrari line. In my experience Acers are cheap and poorly made, they also come with a ridulous amount of pre-installed garbage. They are ok for very basic use. If you want a gaming laptop pony up for a Fragbook, or an XPS laptop. Their desktops are even worse. If you want a gaming PC build it yourself or check out Falcon Northwest, Voodoo, or Velocity Microsystems

Acer's are good for Email, Photo and Internet, That's about it, Get a HP or Dell for Gaming
