I used to exercise a lot when I was in high school, because I was a cheerleader, on the dance team, and participated in dance lessons outside of school also.
When I went to college, I stopped ALL of those things and sort of.. forgot that I needed to keep up with it. Not only did I gain the freshman 15, but I also gained the sophomore, junior, and senior 15 as well.
Exercise is VERY important even if you only do a little a day. I am getting back into the swing of things now. I work out at my local gym doing cardio and strength training for a half hour four times a week. Slowly but surely, I'm losing the weight.
It is important to note that exercise is nothing without a steady, healthy diet though. And keeping your body hydrated is also a good idea. For instance, my gym has a steam room. I sit in there and sweat out all the crap in my body and since I started doing that my skin has a healthy glow and everyone is telling me I have never looked better!

I do, quite often. As much as I can. I try to alternate days on certain muscle groups to tone my body... after all I am not getting any younger and I will be 30 in 08. My metabolism is going to slow down even more than it already has so, it takes more to keep this body looking decent... plus, it is just good for the heart, to do cardio every day.

Probably not enough but first thing in the morning and late afternoon I do a little routine of stretching, push ups, bends and calisthenics and finish it off with a brisk jog around the neighborhood.
If I miss a day or two I start feeling cramped and stuff.

Every morning I jump on top of Danny and do 150 or so pushups, then get into the forearm exercises. Exercise is a necessary part of life.

Yes. My work hours limit my free time. But 2 to 3 times a week I walk a few miles.

Yes, I always make it a habit of hitting the GYM at least twice a week, else I just do it inside my flat specially now that its starting to get really freezing cold.

I use to 4x a week. Got out of it, and gained weight. Now, I'm trying to get back in the groove. Just started, but last week I went twice. This week, my goal is to go 3x. I'm working up to 4
