Sudafed based medicines for sinus issues and Robitussin for persistent cough.
Whatever you do DO NOT use tylenol sinus products! They will dry up your milk! I found that out the hard way with my youngest daughter. I didn't know that was why she was still so hungry!!! Poor baby, I started bottle feeding her because I didn't know any better about the medicine until with my next baby. I took it and had the same result immediately and for whatever reason it clicked then!
I'm sure there is a website dedicated to safe medications for breastfeeding moms, and I found one and put it below. Pregnant moms, B.F. moms, the medicines are the same.

homemade potato and onion soup .... just slice them up and boil in water ......
also boil a piece of chicken in water and drink the broth from that and excercise like start rearranging your closets and deep clean your bathroom etc and sweat it out ........
