Mine is the knees.....drives me nuts when someone grabs them...i wanna laugh but it feels really weird at the same time.

It depends upon the person. Not uniform to one and all. More than being tickled, the feeling that you are going to be tackled for tickling makes one sensitive. Because the mind works more than the body's sensitivity.
