I don't know about testicles, seeing as I'm not a guy but I do know that every other part of the human body is not actually symmetrical. For example, one hand is slightly bigger, one arm is slightly longer, one foot is slightly larger, etc.
So, I'd say it's probably normal, but if you're worried go to the doctor.

That is normal. Unless it's like 100x larger than the other. Then you better go see a doctor.

I'm guessing that's normal. Women's breast are often different sizes. Feet and hands are different sizes. We're imperfect.
