Except those wars by Alexander, ChengizKhan and the most modern World Wars and Vietnam War, all other wars were fought in connection with cross wars.

Including, Iraq Wars, Supporting Israel against Palestinian settlement, every other problems that shrouds the middle-east today are all in a way related to or connected to those cross wars.

However, superficially it might be otherwise for a casual on looker.

nearly everyone. Besides recent US wars, I would make the argument that most of the wars the world has experienced, have been motivated by "holy lands." Especially in the Middle East (obviously). It's hard to put a number on it, because it is ongoing conflict, thousands of years of conflict and disagreements dating back to Ishmael and Isaac in the Biblical old testament

As one of your previous responders stated, too many to count.
But you employ the term "holy land", and I presume you are referring to what is now present day Israel/Palestine; so one can assume any war, post the establishment of the Kingdom of Israel: Saul, David, Solomon, etc., could be considered as relevant.
But, you know what? It's 12:30 a.m. where I live: Sparks/Reno, Nevada; and I'm just plain too tired to finish this.
So I'm going to just take my two points, and go to bed. Goodnight, everyone.
