I think the only person that can do this is yourself. Think positivity of yourself, don't rely on anyone else. Other people may praise you for doing something well. We had too many kids in our family to get any praise.

I admire myself. I work harder than the next and put my faith in God. Ever find yourself working harder than your fellow co-worker? ALWAYS work for yourself, even if they do nothing. You will receive your rewards, eventually. DO NOT let them effect your outstanding work even if they take credit for it. Do your best always. Vent your frustrations to someone not connected with your work. Good luck and your hard work will be recognized, SO admire yourself.
