i wanted some information of money making websites where we have to advertise ads of google adsense and get paid for the click on ads,and wanted to know whether they really pay us or not.

You have to have a really good and interesting website which will attract at least 1000 visitors per day to have any chance of earning any reasonable income from Adsense.
It is really not for most people.
