on oblivion for the PC i tried to loud my file but it says the data is corrupt what should i do?

Your file is corrupt, try and find a previous save otherwise you'll have to restart

I also suggest making multiple saves, I have about 10-15 alone for my character

Happened to me. Hate to tell you this, but you need to delete that file. You probably exited to soon while saving. Sorry....
