its not that hard. you just have to understand that you will have larger blind spots. trucks take longer to stop than small cars so leave more room and dont drive too fast. they take up the whole lane which makes the truck feel very wide whereas small cars dont feel that wide. if your an attentive driver and keep those things in mind you will be just fine. hell even towing 40 foot trailers with a F-250 is easy. you just have to take wide turns. It can be intimidating but its really not hard.
