as silly as it sounds im more worried about your offense.
it seems that if you can stop witten you can trouble their offense as a whole.
witten is the man that allows T.O. to not be constantly doubled.
i believe witten had 47 yards vs the Patriots and over half of those yards were pretty much from a Patriots "bend but do not break" defense when they gained a sizable lead.
if you can shut down witten it really makes it that much harder for the cowboys recievers to do their thing since they have only one legit WR(along with Glenn who is hurt still).
but to answer your question i dont think you should be worried about one game. even the pats gave up a ton of yards to the eagles and ravens. as long as your boys dont have Roy Williams playing on someone one on one you should be fine.
they cant beat my patriots, or the colts.
and again it may sound silly but i dont think they can beat the Jaguars.
the Jags have a good team that controls alot of clock with pounding running backs along with a QB that doesnt make mistakes(1 int all season for Garrard, that one int was a tipped pass too)
but just be happy they will make the superbowl im sure it will bring back memories to you. but i wouldnt bet they beat whatever team is representing the AFC

Honestly, no team from the NFC can run with the Patriots or the Colts. It's not that the Cowyboys are bad. The other two teams are just too good. Brady and Manning can spread the field 5 wide. They both have studs for running backs, although NE has abandoned the run. Now, the Boys do have TO, Crayton, and Whitten, but there's just not enough depth in their offense to put numbers up like NE and Indy. Dallas is a great team this year. Nothing should be taken away from them. In fact, even when Aikman and Smith were in D, they still didn't go 12-1. This is a great team; however, they just got the rotten luck of being in the NFC and playing against two men who will go down as two of the greatest quarterbacks ever. I've got Dallas winning the NFC, but a slim chance in the Super Bowl.

Huge Cowboys fan here. We should be worried, but not because of the Lions game.....the Patriots suffered the same affliction vs. the Ravens.....overconfidence. They played down to the Lions, and it almost bit them in the ***....if Hansen makes that field goal, we have our 2nd loss.
If Roy Williams is still a great hitter, but not a great safety anymore....he's a liability.....you can only hit if they HAVE the ball. That means AFTER a completion....the idea is to PREVENT them from completing passes....their secondary still scares me.
I believe they can score with anyone...it's just going to be a matter of who blinks first. When all are healthy, Pittsburgh has the best defense out of the potential playoff teams, followed by the Giants.....so I'm not worried about the big boys defenses at all....except ours, lol.

I don't think the Cowboys will win the Superbowl. New England is just too good. Even when they were down, and looked like they were headed for a loss, they rallied to win. Dallas' defense could not and cannot stop the Patriots. I'm not happy about the Patriots rolling over everyone they play, but they're just too good for any team that is weak defensively. As they've shown, that's about everybody.

After the way they got gashed on the groun against the woeful Lions attack I would be. Esp as the Packers ground game is improving week by week. The Vikings are also liable to make the postseason it would appear and we all know abouit there 2 headed attack. The Giants also have a better ground game than passing. I fancy the Boys will come unstuck in the playoffs myself. Only time will tell though.

no longer a Cowboys fan, yet i'm going to respond to besides. the only reason Cowboys followers are disillusioned with Tony Romo is by using the fact he has "choked" (that's no longer exaggeration) in massive video games alongside with the playoffs. the factor right here is, Tony Romo isn't a competent QB in each and every subject. effective you're nicely suited that he has been a great 10 QB statistically. yet statisitcs do no longer recommend something once you fail to win interior the playoffs or fail to win significant branch video games. Tony Romo has fumbled the ball, thrown interceptions, taken too many sacks and consequently video games have been lost. the factor is, Tony Romo is being held to blame by potential of followers, yet administration alongside with Jerry Jones proceed to have faith that he's their guy. I nonetheless think of Romo has ability, yet i myself think of the Cowboys ought to pass in a distinctive direction if he maintains to reason losses. The protection is a situation too, yet i think of Rob Ryan will whip those adult men into shape.

I am not worried at all but thats because I am not a Cowboys fan. There are two games that come to mind that you should be worring about. The Detroit game. That fumble should have been recovered and the game would have been over. The Minnesota game. If they would not have blocked that field goal. They would have won that game also. Plus the Vikings are playoff contenders now. Watch out boys.

They will be totally humiated in the superbowl by the Patriots, and reach their 4th super bowl loss, tied for the most losses by any team!
Patriots 63
Cowpatties 10
