I eat fish at least once a week. I would eat it more often, but my husband isn't crazy about it. It's good for you as long as you don't eat a lot of the large ocean fish (like swordfish) that have mercury in their flesh because of pollution.

I don't eat meat (I am a vegetarian) so I use to eat vegetables, fruit, beans (and such stuff), cakes, chocolate, yogurt, cheese and of course fish.
Btw: I cannot understand why a question about alimentary tastes could be considered a rude question.

At least once a week. My dad is an avid fisherman ... summer and winter, so, I'm fortunate to have a fresh supply of Walleye any time I want it. I love fish ... and it 's good for you. :)
