if it has been 3 months then your uterus should be down to its normal size, and you should of notice some changes, you lost alot of weight delivering, and alot of roundness when your uterus shrank. whats left my dear is called baby fat..those pounds don't disappear like magic you have to work them off. and I have had 2 c-sections, and lost a lot of feeling and muscle in my lower abdomen, ask your doctor for exercises that can help with this numb, problem area, as it will be the hardest to lose. Some women get feeling back in that area, I never have, I am still numb in my incision area, its been 3 years scenes my last c-section, and i will be having this baby the same waY! best of luck to you and congrats!

Well, have you had sex? Could you be pregnant again? If yes then go and get a test. Otherwise go and see a doctor. Or call your doctor and ask.
