okay so i had a breast reduction about 5 months ago and i might be pregnant. I was wondering if this will effect me... Yes I know it will effect me by my boobs growing but I was wondering if it would screw something up like the nerves or anything like that. The surgeon told me I'd be able to breast feed later. but i was wondering if as my boobs begin to grow will it hurt anything inside

It shouldn't hurt inside. They'll get bigger because your breasts will be producing milk, but if you had a good PS your breasts will go back to "normal" after you are done breastfeeding.

Breast tenderness is a normal part of pregnancy, anyone can have problems like blocked ducts and breast infections while nursing, having a lot of babies and also just growing older makes breasts less than "perfect". You might be a little bit more susceptible to these problems, and you may have a little less milk than you would have had otherwise, but it shouldn't be anything outside the normal lot of mothers. Congratulations!
