I have had it set for 100 minutes and 45 minutes but it still engages after about 15 mins. Very annoying when watching a movie or DVD

If you have an MS wireless mouse, you need to download the HID - Non-User
Input Data Filter OPTIONAL update from Windows Update

Turn it off completely, these things haven't been needed to protect CRT Monitors from Burn-In ( Ghosting) since the mid-nineties. Never required on LCDs.

They're just "Eye Candy" anyway and interfere with other things as well, like doing a Defrag.
