I am going to vow to lose this last frikkin 30lbs that keeps coming and going. Actually, I don't want to lose it. That's why I keep finding it. I want to get rid of it permanently. If found, do not return to owner...to quote a good friend of mine who also lost 100lbs like me...

Hello GEM. I have to finish 2007 first, then I can move into 2008. But I think one of them is going to be to try to make a difference in the world and make just one person happier because of something I said or did. It would be nice if we all could make a little difference in the lives of less fortunate individuals or people who need just a little encouragement or emotional support.

yes. I need something to look forward to, something to get my spirits up. Durn, I even missed the Washington D.C. round up. Wasn't really planning on going. :) Maybe some of your answers will inspire me too. Peace and happiness to you also.

i think of that is kinda dumb that folk ought to decide for that one time of twelve months to devise to be greater desirable at something, and then no person relatively follows it besides. i do no longer make New twelve months's resolutions.

I'm going to try and be nicer, even to people I don't like.
I'm going to do more random acts of kindness.
I'm going to do more to show my Mom how much I love her.
I'm going to lose the weight I want and continue to eat healthier.
I'm going to spend more time on line with my friends and get to know them better.
I'm going to try and actually write a few letters to my friends this year.
I'm going to try and get up the nerve to go to my High School Reunion.
I'm going to try! No guarantees!
