Anything that is an effective libido enhancer will only be effective because it has Viagra on another prescription drug in it.
Only that the dosage will be uncontrolled and it'll also be contaminated with a lot of other stuff (and you might get something that is all natural in which case you don't get any effect out of it).
You'd be better off seeing a doctor to get real Viagra (where the dosage is at least known) if you need it.
