I wouldn't call it an art, more like a skill that most people become better at and enjoy more with practice. Once you've learned the skill, they you can release the reckless savagery with satisfactory results, say like a virtuoso pianist going crazy playing Liszt... Okay, it's an art. Some people are better at it than others. It isn't necessarily the ones who practice the most that are the best; a lot of times, those are the worst. That's because they practice brainlessly without the dedication and passion and never reach the point of restrained reckless savagery.
