I actually live by THREE houses with nosy old people. One is not even old, there like middle aged! We all have history together, and its not very great (long story). Those two old people hate me. Since they always frown at us, I hate my neighbours back. (Yes, I said hate, who the hell cares if its a "strong word"). Not only old people, but I also live near crazy teens! They are so loud that you can even hear them at night! Everybody around me is driving me crazy! How do I stop the madness?! Isn't there anybody who has this type of experience?!

you can call the police is the noise is after 11pm and they will get a noise ticket.
Buy some ear plugs till you can move.

I'd move if I was so unhappy. And the next home you find, don't get to know the neighhbours! Keep your distance, otherwise you might be complaining about them here in a few years, too!
