Here's the link to file online, but you're still going to have to provide the necessary information and do an interview. Don't forget to print out the signature page and mail it in after you submit the application online.

There may be a way to do your interview over the phone, but you'll have to ask about that. Good Luck!

you really can't do it on line. because of the way programs work, you will have to figure out a way of getting to the office. Chances are you will be eligible of more services which is why face to face is necessary. I know you dont want to hear this, but you will have to take the day and do it. I suggest go early in the morning, take your son, and plan on the day. they work as fast as they can, but usually your wait will be a bit. forms take a while and assessment is necessary.

Go to the state web site. They will have a selection for welfare and/or food stamps. You might have to mail them proof of your bills and income, but you can get them on-line. Do it immediately since the date you apply is the date you will receive food stamps retro-actively for.

I don't think there's a way of doing it online since there's so many questions they have to ask...don't they have public transportation in Baltimore?

write a letter to your congress person and try to find the website for social help... or ask for a social worker to come to see you.

Good luck..
