epicatechin is an antioxidant found in cocoa and cacoa type products. ORAC is the most reliable system for measuring antioxidant activity in food products and is measure as microM/g (more commonly known as Trolox Equivalents (TE)/g). i have found a chocolate to use in a food product that has the antioxidant content as epicatechin units (mg)
