to wrestlers that made a huge impact on RAW and have now passed away? Should they have done that on tonight's show?

YES I WAS HOPING FOR A TRIBUTE TO ALL THE GUYS NO LONGER AROUND PILLMAN, HENNING, CANDIDO, RUDE, HAWK, OWEN, CRUSH, SHERRI, BOSSMAN, BAM BAM, YOKO THE LIST IS TOO LONG TO NAME THEM ALL BUT I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO SEE THAT. I ACTUALLY THINK IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF THE WWE TOOK A 2 OR 3 HOUR EPISODE OF RAW AND TURNED IT INTO A COMPLETE TRIBUTE OF ALL THE STARS WHO HAVE PASSED AWAY.

No offense but you're not following the plot, are you? The WWE has spent most of this year trying to make people forget the death of one wrestler in particular (Chris Benoit) and a lot of wrestlers more generally. They've been dragged under the bus by an opportunistic media, investigated by the United States senate and they've generally taken a huge PR hit in the eyes of the general public. For them to take a huge PR opportunity like the RAW 15th Anniversary Special where they had the chance to really remind people how great the WWE is and pour cold water all over it by bringing people's attention to the controversy would have been lunacy. Why not just have JR start babbling about what a shame it was that Miss Elisabeth died of a drug overdose and that Mister Perfect and The British Bulldog effectively OD'd on steroids, and how he vividly remembered the day that Brian Pillman was found dead in his hotel room before a show. "Yup! 15 years of memories! Here's to 15 more!"

yes and no..yes because i would have liked to see that..and they were a big part of raw and 15 is a big number to be celebrating...no well now that i really think about it...they should have...even if it was something small...even if they didn't show everyone...i bet vince thought about it though...hes pretty good with tributes...i will admit this is the first time i didn't like cry during something like this...i get really attached its not easy seeing those things...theres been so many deaths its so scary...tonights raw was all about fun and old good times...maybe next anniversary they will add a little something...they did show people who passed though..but a tribute thing would have been nice

Yeah at the start of the program should of been like this show is dedicated to Owen Hart, Eddie Guerro, British Bulldog and whoever else has passed away... been a nice gesture.

I'M getting to this question late but the answer is yes. The reason they didn't is two fold, one they don't want to remind anyone of Benoit and two they don't want people to be reminded that wrestlers die young.

Id just like to point out the smart thing to do is not always the right thing to do.

Definitely, but as someone else has pointed out already, it would have not been practical to do so this year.Maybe 20th anniversary would be more appropriate after giving much more time for controversy to die down.

I dont really think this was the time. Just wouldnt sorta have fitted in neatly.
Maybe short clips before add breaks to pay tribute might have worked hey.

That would've been nice to do before the show.....

....But the show was alright as is. There's no use in complaining about everything the WWE could've done on the show better. That's not that major IMO.
