The universe has no edge in our perception, there are theories about how far it goes, but its expanding all the time so we will never be able to get to the edge and prove it exists because it just moves futher and faster than light. There is a theory that the universe is still expanding from the force of the big band and that once day it will stop expanding and start shrinking back on itself.

Space only goes out as far as matter occupies it. From there on space doesn't exist because something has to be in it for space to exist. Look at it like this. You have an absolute void. Nothing exists. Space is nothing by it's self. you suddenly come from out of nothing and occupy a small place space. Now you have made space but only with in what you occupy. hold a finger all the way out. You have created space from you to the end of you're finger. Everything else is nothing. Not even space. Because nothing can only be nothing without SOMETHING being present with in it!

The universe is a sphere, not a circle
it does have an edge, quantum mech. govern that, but it is moving at the speed of light, and we do not know what is beond that.
so it is safe to say there is no edge, because we would never reach it.

Where is the edge of the Earth?

The universe is a similar construction in three dimensions.

The universe is explanding all of the time. There is an "edge" but beyond everything is just black nothing. So I guess there is no end, but there is an end to matter in the universe.

Well let's put it this way....if there is one...no one has figured out how to find it....so far it goes on and on into infinity....and God says eternity will also go on and one without end.....do you know more than God? He is the beginning and the end...the Alpha and the Omega....and we don't know even a fraction of everything.....

I know that just about everyone who has gone into space, comes back a believer in a creator...because they know it didn't just "happen" by accident....it is just too planned and too immense!

It just stops. The universe has been expanding out from a single point at the big bang. After that distance, there is nothing. Astronomers measure the galaxy at approximately 25 billion light years across.

Well, since you've obviously made up your mind on this issue there's no sense in trying to answer.
