Do you mean by like "if im actually living or its just all a dream". or "I might have already died. I hope I didn't"? I'm not sure. For all I know, this could just be a huge dillusion that God made for us and we just awake from it as soon as we die. I'm not sure!

Technically there is no way to know and confirm you are in fact alive and not a fantasy, a dream or a figment of your own, someone else's or god's imagination. All reality is fundamentally impossible to confirm objectively, including your own or anyone or anything else's. However, for the time being, if you are wanting to confirm your aliveness in this particular space-time continuum, then I'd recommend any /all of the above mentioned methods for determining it.

Stand in front of a mirror put one hand over your mouth and close off your nose with the other hand. If you fight and gasp for air then you are still alive.
