Good personality along with at least decent attractiveness. I know it sounds superficial but everyone can't help but notice the appearance of someone.

honesty. I've been lied to too many times to put up with it again. Humor and politeness (in company) I don't care if you drop it in privacy....sometimes a little dirty talk is a good thing.
