The game started with a young boy chasing a girl through town to get a ticket to a circus. It then goes on to have the boy take pics of things, fish, and help build a community. I also remember having to invite people on a train & buy things from them. Ring any bells for anyone?? Was a cute game!!

Yes, it is definitely Dark Cloud 2. The European version is called Dark Chronicle. This game is one of my absolute favorites. The main characters are Max and Monica.

Do you mean Ratchet and Clank? there's a guy and the fox finding element is a weasel. i think of they do make it for the psp 'reason i think of I observed my buddy enjoying it on hers.
