I believe such people are called vampire. They are very close to you. Could be in your family, or could be one of your close friends. Never goes away. In their presence, your energy level drops down, as if your blood was sucked by a vampire.

there are some people who are negative AND complain
i don't like to be around people like that at all
it brings you down and they don't seem to care that they do
i believe that being happy and positive will get you much more farther in life

yes and it makes me mad to, he is very close to me but some times i think we are growing a part but other times we are OK. We have been together for over 5 years

Yeah, extremely. It's really aggrivating but at the same time I still try to cheer them up...habbit of mine.
