I have increasing high levels of testosterone (facial hair growth).

You could try Peppermint Tea. Worked better for me than the prescription I had. Steep 1 teaspoon in 6 oz. of water for 5-10 minutes and drink twice a day. After a month, the growth had slowed WAY down and my levels were down into normal again.

This was discovered by Turkish doctors treating PCOS patients who had excessive facial hair. They hit on this as peppermint tea is associated with killing men's libido.

I most certainly have high levels of testosterone. I Suffer from the facial hair. It sucks!!! I use "Vaniqua" which is supposed to suppress the hair growth, but yeah right it barley works. I was tested for PCOS, and was negative. But here I am TTC...I don't think it makes sence that I don't have PCOS, but have high levels of testosterone...I'm confused...But I will try the peppermint tea thingy.
