It is perfectly normal to masturbate a few times a week, as long as it does not disrupt your daily activities, ie: work / school.
If you are at work/school and you HAVE to masturbate then you are addicted to it and should probably seek some help as to controlling your urges [not eliminating them].
As to your first question: i masturbate in the range of 2-3 a week as well, even with/without a partner [female]

Honestly you should define normal by what you want and like. But and this is no joke masturbate up to four times a day or 30 times a week it's a great stress reliever lol.

When i was single before i had kids ( i had a very active sex life ) i did it like 15 to 20 times a week. Now probably 3 to 4 times a week. I have a 3 year old son so its hard to get that " ME " time if you know what i mean lol

Different people different strokes (Pun intended) Never feel bad, I would allot more but I have a wife who takes good care of me! Its your body you do what you need to to take care of your self.
Before my wife I did about twice a day (Unless I hooked up with someone) Masturbation is one of those things everyone has done and if they say say they haven't I would bet they did within the last 24 hours.

Yes that is about normal.. Some may do it more and some may do it less but that is normal to me. As long as you're comfortable with it go ahead. Whatever and when ever that's what masturbation is for. Carry-on and enjoy.

I will usually do it at least once a day. Sometimes more, depends. The sex is good too and full of fun fantasy so I think that might be what is driving to to do it so much. ANYWAYS, yeah I'd say you're normal :)
