No, i dont think he's Javed Miadad. THat thought never came to mind. He replaced Inzi, so to me, he's more like inzimam-ul-haq + he also got the same last name....and the middle name?lol

hes a determinant guy. At age 33 he had his comeback and he proved a point. I wish he was given more chances but in any case, he still can play for 4-5 years of good cricket

Certainly Misbah is a crisis man and good in all the three forms, but found only at the age of 33.He has a good future in the next three years.
But i don't think he was criticised by unfair means as reported by Nalaka above.
As far as this innings is concerned of course, he was lucky to get the benefit of doubt quite a few times which Waqar younis himself has agreed.
The difference between him and Miandad is that he has not matched his last ball six on two occasions though he was capable of.The next two years will decide whether he can be compared to Miandad.

Misbah can't be a Javed Miandad in all aspects. Javed Mian dad is the one those who can take the captaincy decision as well as the team control.

It's only the matter of present form that he has. Onc he losses his form he'll be forgotten forever. Just wait & see. He can't reach to better player level.
Earlier when Australia came to India Hayden was in a great form later he was in a condition of being out of the team.

It would be extremely difficult for Misbah to match Miandad statistically. At 33, he has just started his career. Do not get too excited very quickly. He is yet to prove himself on bouncy pitches. Right now, he looks great. He makes batting look easy and he is not willing to give away his wicket easily. He has used his brain and handled Anil Kumble really well.
No need to put any pressure on him by comparing him with former great players. Just let him play without pressure.

Yes..!
I really am so much happy to see such a great batsman for Pakistan, as my friend nalaka mentioned above, he has already won the heart of millions of cricket fans all over the world, he has proved himself as a brilliant batsmen to the entire world in 1-2 matches.

I like the style how he plays the game, so i hope he maintains this form forever, & if he gets to play cricket for another 5-10 years he will definitely create history.

Yes. He has got tremendous talent and will be a good asset for Pakistan for the future. I have observed that among the present pakistan team, he is the only batsman, so consistent and play according to the circumstances.

Yes,as a cricket lover I can say he is a good batsman, but can't be a fool like Miandad who married his daughter to Underworld Dons' Son
